  • DUNDEE PLACE, NAMARANDA DRIVE AND BALANDA DRIVE ROAD UPGRADES

    Location: Darwin Region, Dundee

    Award Date: April 2022

    The upgrade works at Dundee Place, Namarada Drive, and Balanda Drive addressed critical pavement and drainage issues, improving the overall functionality and safety of the roads. The primary objective was to widen the sealed road surfaces to an 8-metre width, covering approximately 300 metres along Dundee Place, 240 metres on Namarada Drive, and 50 metres on Balanda Drive. This enhancement improves the intersection and ensures the roads meet modern standards for durability and safety, particularly in areas prone to erosion and water damage.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF SEALED INFORMATION BAY AT MATARANKA

    Location: Katherine Region, Mataranka

    Date: June 2023

    The construction of the sealed Information Bay area along the Stuart Highway successfully enhanced the safety and functionality of the roadway in Mataranka. The primary objective was to develop an access road, deceleration lane, and turning lane, alongside the construction of two information bay structures. This project significantly improved traffic flow and provided travelers with a designated space to stop for information, ultimately enhancing road safety.

  • LITCHFIELD NATIONAL PARK, CENTRAL BIKE TRAIL & CARPARK

    Date: June 2023

    The construction of the bike trail between Litchfield Park Road and the lookout near Central Valley Campgrounds successfully provided additional accessibility within Litchfield National Park. The primary objective was to develop a 20.5 km long, 1.5-meter wide mixed-use trail suitable for cycling, hiking, and quad bike use, enhancing recreational opportunities for users of varying experience levels.

  • TIMBER CREEK AND PINE CREEK WASTE TRANSFER STATIONS

    Client: Victoria Daly Regional Council

    Location: Timber Creek and Pine Creek

    Date: June 2023

    The construction of Waste Transfer Stations at Timber Creek and Pine Creek aimed to enhance waste management services in the Northern Territory. The project focused on establishing safe public access to the designated dumping areas throughout the construction phase. Key activities included the excavation of historic rubbish at Timber Creek, levelling the ground, and installing security fencing. The project required minimal disturbance to the surrounding environment, especially the natural vegetation and creek banks.
